Bhutan is a small Himalayan country sandwiched between India & China. With an elevation of 200 meters (660 ft) in the southern foothills to upwards of 7000 meters (24,840 ft) in the northern peaks, Bhutan boasts the highest number of biodiversity in its exotic flora and fauna. The population of about 700,000 approximately are mostly Buddhists and live in agrarian communities.
